A $95 departure cleaning fee will be charged for booking less than 5 nights

Covered boat dock $10 Per watercraft per day. No fractional billing time allowed

There is a 4 night minimum for the July 4th holiday.

Tax will be charged in addition to above rates 

A 3% administrative fee will be added if you choose to use a credit card for payment

We offer access to fully furnished Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Rentals (Houses, Cabins and Condos) for nightly and weekly stays. (2 nights Minimum) All of our Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Rentals are located  within minutes from Golf, movie theater, Boat Rental Big Surf Water Park, fine dining, Bridal Cave, Toad Cove, Factory Outlet Village Mall, and many other Lake of the Ozarks attractions. All of our Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Rentals offer private covered boat docks for water craft storage. Our docks can accommodate most boats. Local launch ramps are available. All Reservations must be electronically submitted. After submission please print, then sign the bottom. Please mail the signed agreement with your deposit to the address above.
